Maria faced gender barriers in her rural community where girls were discouraged from pursuing technology. Our Girls Who Code initiative gave her the confidence and skills to challenge stereotypes. She not only became a proficient coder but started her own coding academy for girls in her village. Now, she's training the next generation of female tech leaders.
